Certain words used in these terms have specific meanings, which are defined below:

5.1 Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on pb99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via major banks in Bangladesh.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (per method).
• Deposits must always be made from the user's own account — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

5.2 Withdrawals

The withdrawal process is governed by the following rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus balance, the wagering requirement must be met.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total account balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳34,000 gives a ৳20,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳54,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

6.3 VIP Program

pb99's VIP program has four tiers:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through consistent play and activity. Each tier comes with additional benefits and personalised service.

6.4 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it can only be used for wagering.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless pb99 has specifically approved this.
• pb99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers.
• If fraud or bonus abuse is suspected, pb99 may cancel the bonus and investigate the account concerned.

Every member must follow the code of conduct below when using the pb99 platform:

• Treat other members with respect.
• Using offensive, threatening, or obscene language in live chat or support channels is strictly prohibited.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain is prohibited.
• If you notice any technical error, it is your responsibility to notify support immediately.
• Keep your account information confidential and do not share it with others.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pb99 platform:

• Money laundering or depositing funds obtained from illegal sources.

pb99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions.
• If fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering is suspected.
• For not cooperating with KYC verification.
• If the user requests to close their own account.
• If a Self-Exclusion request is submitted under the responsible gaming policy.
